SPSN-LED Park Street

This impressive octagonal lantern features detailed lattice work in the hood and side panels, plus ornamental spikes all around the perimeter of the hood, creating a strong look with classic elegance. Melds beautifully with modern or traditional surroundings on streets, plazas, or, promenades.

The SPSN-LED Park Street luminaire is highly resistant to damage, weather and the passage of time. Features a high-strength cast and extruded aluminum structure, polycarbonate panels, and high quality electronic components. Incorporates hinged hood for easy access to the optical chamber. The luminaire has a removable door in the base for easy access to wiring the compartment.

The SPSN-LED provides several choices of the most current light source technology to deliver high lumen output, exceptional light distribution, superior visual comfort, extended service life, and energy reduction.

All components, including hood and finial, to be of high-strength ASTM 356.1 cast aluminum and extruded aluminum. Poycarbonate panels, hood and base shall surround and create a weather tight chamber for the for the internal components and optical assembly. Hood shall be hinged for easy access to the optical chamber.

LED components and driver(s) are securely affixed to the mechanical structures. A thermal management system dissipates heat to insure compliance with ratings of the LED components and driver(s).

Eight (8) flat polycarbonate frosted panels and small decorative windows create a subtle light diffusing effect.

Available in symmetric and asymmetric configurations to optimize performance, distribution, and visual comfort.

Meets UL 1598 for Safety. Luminaire shall utilize voltage sensing 120-277V driver, suitably rated for the specified LED light engine(s).  Luminaire shall be prewired and factory tested.

Surge Protection

Surge current rating of 20 kA using standard 8/20 µSec wave. Protected line-neutral, line-ground, and neutral-ground in accordance with ANSI/IEEE 62.41, Category C3.

To insure product durability, the luminaire shall be finished with a high performance coating consisting of high gloss Super Durable polyester powder coat paint to be applied utilizing a multistage process that includes phosphate pretreatment, electrostatic powder application, and convection curing.  Paint shall be weather, corrosion, abrasion, and UV resistant in compliance with the American Architectural Manufacturers Association’s specification AAMA 2604-05. Color to be specified.

Mounts to a Ø3” x 3” tall tenon. Eight (8) 3/8”-16 UNC stainless steel allen head cup point set screws secure luminaire to post top tenon. All mounting hardware shall be stainless steel.
